Sensation Awareness sessions are online grounding sessions that help bring us into the present moment in our bodies I will start with a a guided breath and grounding meditation. for about 5 minutes. Then we move into an exchange of sensation awarenesses between us in a back and forth style.
Both grounding meditations and bringing awareness to the sensations in our bodies are deeply calming. Doing this out loud, in the company of another takes us much deeper. We are seen by another, heard by another. We also witness the other in their present moment.
This work is a journey, teaching us to stay present in our bodies, no matter what is going on around us. The more connected we become, the more we have access to how our bodies respond as we live our lives, showing us the impact of our thoughts and choices. A perfect, immediate feedback system moment by moment.
