Sensation Awareness Sessions

A Sensation Awareness phone session is a delightful way of getting support to come back to feeling the sensations in your body in present time.

Sometimes, when our minds are so busy, it can be difficult to let go of all the thoughts we are attending to. The mind loves having something to think about, and feeling the body can seem like am irritating distraction. However, when we allow the mind to join in the conversation of sensations going on in our body, it is just as happy as when it is busy thinking, and the body loves the attention!

Or there may he times when it feel like our legs have been knocked out from under us, and we have a difficult time regaining our equilibrium. These are times when it can be difficult to remember that we even have a body that we are living in. Sensation Awareness is a wonderful way to come back to the home of our body.

In the exchange between us of our felt sensations, in each moment back and forth, my attention in my body can offer you an anchor back to your body. Often, over the time of the session, we become aware of how much our bodies are actually responding to each other, as the connection between mind and body are re-established.
